A couple of years ago, I did a 2 week water fast. I broke it with Fritos lol, and then continued on with a balanced diet: fruits, veggies, carbs, fiber, etc. I didn't watch my diet per se, but I made sure to work out at the gym to burn at least 1000calories, and probably ate only 1500 calories. I ended up loosing 35 lbs total (185 to 155), and never gained a pound back, until years later (but this was do to personal issues) and totally unrelated to the fast).

So I guess, my advice to you: eat whatever you want within reason (no fast food, small portions of rice, lots of fiber and veggies, fruits optional, etc.), but EXERCISE
