I have Af syndrome and use the following supplements:
1. 2000 - 3000mg of Vitamin C daily
2. 1000mg of B5 daily (split into 2*500mg)
3. 100ug B12 Daily
4. 1/4 Teaspoon of Himalayan Salt at night (reduce urination problems)
5. 11mg of Zinc daily
6. 10mg Citraz daily (This was before i knew about AF - Trying to get off it slowly)
I've seen on many websites that Ashwagandha is most suitable for AF but when i took 500mg daily, i suffered from severe depression. Any idea/input as to why this could happen?
