If you are following the Hulda Clark 's method, Epsom Salts help flush most of the bile and stones out from intestines, so for most people Enema is not really needed.

But some people feel good doing enemas both before and after the flush even when following the Hulda Clark method.
Just do what you feel is right.

Acne are caused by food intolerance, often intolerance to spices, sugar, alcohol, vinegar, food additives , BPA, milk, cheese, wheat, yeast, poor quality fets, industrially processed foods etc.

All this intolerance is often on the level of poor digestion, leaky gut, and liver.

Do a serii of Liver Flushes to fix it, like 6 or 12, in other words every 2 weeks one Liver Flush .
