Last few hours he'll. Getting worse and scared

I have gotten way worse in last 24 hours. Just found long indentation on my leg. Itches like crazy don't know if its going up or down. Have many small hard bumps on my head in open sores that don't heal. Feel like I may die soon. I'm scared. I dont have any idea of what kind if parasite this is. Had something fall out of my ear the other day. And out if my nose today. Can feel something in my scalp. I don't know which medication to buy. Have been doing herbs but i forgot for couple days because I was feeling great. Now I'm worse than ever. I need medacation. Is there one that works for everything?
