The key to killing the adult worms is doxycycline or tetracycline for nine weeks minimum plus albendazole 400 mg twice a day with 40 grams fat for 28 days and ivermectin 7 days on it and 3 days off until you are done with the albendazole. I used horse ivermectin, dose to your weight on the dial. I got albendazole, and tetracycline from india. If you do not kill all the adults it will keep coming back. I repeated this whole protocol three times in a row before no more filaria were present. Now i do ivermectin once a month as a protective measure. Tweet
