I had the same issues I didn't know what was happening go me either here I believe it's due to a bacteria called t. whipplei or whipples disease. I've been doing the Turpentine protocol. It took me a while to figure all this out I got the infection from a health supplement called deer antler velvet spray which was from New Zealand. I had the same symptoms when it all first began now I'm very, very ill from it spreading throughout everywhere in my body. They still have yet to be able to diagnose me because it has spread to my nervous system and brain now. The gi doctor did a duodenal tissue biopsy I did not show for it his explanation being it probably has spread to other areas of your body already which it has. It took me almost 3 yrs to figure all of this out. I hope maybe this can help you. It's becoming a huge issue in the US and it's going virtually undetected. So many people are having the same exact issues and symptoms.
