Well day 1 is almost complete... I have been very creative with the macrobiotics food. I got 2 books which really helped (Hip Chicks Guide to Macrobiotics and The Healing Cookbook) and also found a lot of recipes online.
I thought the Master-Cleanse might just be the boost I need... I've been ok as long as I have the lemonade with me. I went into the tax office which I thought would be just a few minutes and was in there for almost 2 hours next time I won't leave my drink no matter what. I started thinking about food....
Anyway, I had my cook put all that could go in the freezer in the freezer so not to waste food. She had just gone to the market and we have a lot of fresh veggies and fruiat, which I was finally able to eat. I was on month 3 of macrobiotics. I wish I could at least have the miso soup.
