I also started today on my 1st MC, so hooray for us!! I started macrobiotics a few weeks ago and then "fell off the wagon" last week due to the kids and quick easy meals.(can't wait for school to start back so I won't have excuses to cheat next time)
I think doing 2 weeks of microbiotics has helped me because I've already been through the sugar/caffeine/carb withdrawals and don't expet to get any kind of headache. When I'm finished with the Master-Cleanse I'm going to return to macrobiotics. I loved the food(sorry to be talking about food:)), but am not very creative in the cooking since I'm not used to using those ingredients.
