Hello, I am having the same problem with fbo, same smell and symptoms. My started after I had a bleeding hemorrhoids and was rushed to the hospital. They stitch my hemorrhoids to prevent excessive loss of blood. Then that's when my fbo became strong. I didn't know what was going on. Other people will smell it before I did, how embarrassing. But, I think we have a bacterial over growth in our gut, so I will be tested with that soon with my GI doctor. My test will be in December 18, 2017. I will keep you posted. Tweet
