Ridding systemic parasites

I'm new to this forum and looking for info to support my health goals of eradicating systemic parasites and Candida. I went to Africa 3 times over 5 years and each time came home very sick. I did not have good guidance while there and likely drank very bad water and ate what I shouldn't. My last trip was in 2011 and since then I have had progressive leaky gut issues that became so bad I finally sought help from a functional practitioner. Previous doctors gave me Antibiotics and anti parasite meds with no supervision. And I was eventually labeled with IBS...and given meds for spasm pain. I just kept getting worse. My new practitioner did a live cell analysis and it showed many many parasitic cells and fungus/yeast and vitamin B deficiencies which explains growing fatigue. It was also apparent that the parasites were putting stress on my kidneys which blood work confirmed. I am now on Apex GI Synergy as well as Clearvite and Repairvite. I follow a paleo diet. I've been on these 3 supplements for 3 weeks and have had no relief and at first t bought I felt so much better. But 3 weeks in ..im now feeling worse. I feel like I have a constant UTI...unusual for me. Urinary frequency and urgency. And constant 24/7 gas, bloating and sleep deprivation...even when I barely eat. I'm thinking of eliminating eggs as I eat a lot of organic eggs on Paleo. But I'm at a loss for why I am 3 weeks in and feeling worse...and more gassy than ever. Is this delayed die-off? I see my practitioner in a week to discuss. But curious if there is anyone on this forum who has success ridding systemic parasites....my quality of life feels at stake here as well as my kidney health.
