2 Questions

1. After doing a 14 day fast long how should I wait to do another fast? I remember hearing 2 weeks but that doesn't seem right.

2. A girl that I talked to wonder if heartburn was a sign of detoxing. I know headaches and tendernes were normal but i wasnt sure about heartburn. She's thinking about getting off  of the fast.
