I think what you are referring to is artemisia? It is Wormwood . You can google it and learn a lot. It is banned in come countries and I honestly do not understand why. The same is true with Kratom. It is actually banned in my state and I don't understand why. I came to believe a long time ago that if someone knocks on your door and says, "We are from the government and we are here to help you," RUN!!
