End of Day 3 here, feeling okay, though sore all over and weak.

I am on a low dose of Clonazepam for Periodic Involuntary Limb Movement syndrome.
I thought of getting off it for this fast, but as I tapered off, the hideous symptoms returned.
I was (and continue to be) tapering off Cymbalta as well (a f***ing hideous drug to withdraw from); since I was feeling so, so very bad (crazy, zonked out, space-turkey) and it was threatening the viability of my fast, I decided to re-instate the low (but therapeutic) dose of Clonaze, to quell the restless legs, guarantee a minimum of sleep, and help with the worst symptoms of cymbalta withdrawal.

Once I have got off Cymbalta, I shall turn my attention to the Benzo, probably around Day 20.
