Making transition after painful error ...

... of course now I'm a wee bit nervous about getting back to solids. So today I am doing broth, broth and more broth. I got up at 6 am to make a yummy soup. Needless to say I will probably sleep all day at my desk. Oh well!!!! The way I think of it is this: in my old age I'm not going to reflect and wish I had fasted less and worked to make someone else rich more! YEAH!!!
Seriously though - this has never happened before - any ideas on how to make this transition gentler and prevent my vitals from protesting again like they did?
I read somewhere about introducing olive oil slowly back in, but I can't find the thread right now ......
I'm open to suggestions!
