Just completed a 10 day MC. Day One out - did fresh squeezed OJ morning and afternoon, spaced and made veggie soup in evening. Drank broth and then was majorly HUNGRY and blended rest of soup and drank that too. Added 1/2 quinoa. Drank water too.
Day Two out - DRank OJ in morning. Then got lazy and instead of making more soup ate two peices dark rye bread (VERY thinly sliced) with dulse and about two TBLspoons fresh grated carrots and fresh grated beets. Chewed really well!! Later in day had 4 peices
Watermelon and later a banana. Right before bed an apple. NOw experiencing sharp pains directly under ribs on right hand side, also lower back on same side.
Any suggestions, short of taking pain killers, which I NEVER do !!!
HELP!!
