I didn't really took it for AF at that time. I didn't know about AF at that time. I took bunch of other things as well, so I dont really know whether it made my AF better.

I tried Life Extension Ashwagandha, but I dont think the withanolides is lower then Now's. So yeah, I haven't try a lower dose.
