How to kill flukes in intestine?

Which herb could assist in killing intestinal flukes?

Struggling with these for the last 4 years. Doing regular liver flushes, cleaned bowel by using Dr. Schulz's formulas. Have used tons of other herbs like Barefoot's dewormer, olive leaf, oregano oil, garlic, myrrh, frankincense, gugglu etc.

Have paleo diet (don't take meat, eggs, sugar, gluten, dairy etc.). Have also been doing parasite cleanse. Everything gets stuck due to these intestinal flukes.
