Prescription meds during master cleanse?

A friend of mine told me about Master Cleanse. I have several medical issues and am worried about stopping all the supplements/medicines that are currently keeping me going. I'm sure my story is no surprise to the folks reading this forum: Long-term intestinal, skin, and nail candida (taking saccharomyces, huge probiotics, caprylic acid, Nature Sunshine yeast cleanse, others), very leaky gut (glutamine, dysbioplex), acid reflux 3 hours after eating (taking HCL with heavy meals), worsening allergies (Allegra and Singulair), low-level mercury toxicity (from food, not teeth, taking DMSA, low adrenal (DHEA, herbal supps), low thyroid (herbal supps), trouble sleeping (arginine/ornithine/lysine before bedtime for HGH production), chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic constipation (controlled using non-gluten fiber), and gluten-intolerant (but not celiac). It's a disgusting list of things, but right now the supps are keeping me alive and functioning. Because I was hoping to try The Master Cleanse soon, I tried stopping all the supplements last weekend. I stopped Sat, but by Tues enormous fatigue took over. I started the supps again on Tues night. It's Sunday now, and I'm mostly recovered.

Sorry, long history to ask a question: do I stop all supps while on master cleanse? Is there any printed guidance out there to help me know what to stop and what to continue to take? Thanks so much! Tweet
