Sounds like systemic whipples diseases everything that I have the same issues symptoms everything to the "T" the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me for the longest time here I got the infection from a health supplement called deer antler velvet spray which cam from New Zealand. Research this disease it spreads throughout your whole body including your brain and nervous system. I'm 37 and suffering the same way you are it's horrible I've been out of work for 3 yrs because of it and I spread it to my whole family including my wife and kids it's highly infectious and contagious and it's not as rare as they claim it to be it's commonly found in our environment and in our food as well.
