I need some help ASAP. Have been very sick since June and this stuff is killing me.

Hi everyone, I would really like some feedback here PLEASE. In June I was subjected to some really nasty, most probably infested water, sand and mud. This stagnant mess was open to environment for about 2 years. Well shortly after I started getting sick. First was skin rash, then lesions, then physical symtoms , then getting bites and stings all over which would leave marks but I couldn’t see anything. Then my head was and still is driving me crazy squirming, bites. Stings large bumps under scape so on and so on. Then I got pin worm stool test negative. Doctor still treated me, then about 3 weeks later it came back and before I could get to doctor I passed about 100 worms. All different shapes and sizes. By the time I got back to my doctor and do another stool test lots of negative things happened. My next stool test was also neg. now mind you it is now 2 week in Nov. I have been sick since June sores lesions going bald itching scratching something on my body I can’t see and I have lost about 25 lbs. my doctor was just going to drop it. I went to another Doctor. Since the first time I passed all the worms I have passed worms every single bowel movement. I also every time I blow my nose have tapeworm on tissue. I now down 30lbs. This new doc. Does 3 stool samples (all negative) Does blood work (all normal) I am in complete shock and so is my boyfriend. Now this Doctor doesn’t believe me. And in the last 2 days I have several worms in and out of eyes and a couple what appears permanent worms there. I have not lost my mind although the constant squirming biting and stings I have thought I might go crazy I am not delusional or imaging this. What could possible make my test appear normal like they are when I by this amount of time are pretty heavily infested. And answers PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Also, I have never been able to connect with anyone who suffers from parasitic nematodes or who even knows anything about them I would really appreciate if someone could reach out to me and educate me a little on subject.
