What are these that attach to bone

Does anyone know what parasite makes little brown spots some are little largest size of pencil eraser. They look like age spots.Also Blue skinny things under skin. There is 1 parasite attaches to the bone. Starting at my toes and fingers going all the way up leg an arm. I have hard nests I have to penetrate. There are places that are numb and the feel like wrapping around my ankles and toes. It hurts. Tweet
