Skin, Tissue oder onther parasites

this all is happening since 2014, I have the feeling that I am full of parasites, I found these white insects, I never saw anything like that, it was full of blood. I am 10 years older, my tissue and muscles are very limp. at the moment I feel no movement. On the back there is a point, it itches again and again and my face is full of scars, the eruptions almost do not heal, it can not form a crust. no biopsy brought the diagnosis and also the many medicines did not cure me. What happens to us, are they insects, parasites or are we only in a bad dream?
