BEST Dentists for Cavitation Surgery ? -- and Thorough Methods to LOCATE infection - Reccos?

Hi - am looking for any recommendations of dentists who do cavitation surgery -- and who use very good diagnostic tools to find them.

I have had an 8 yr long ongoing infection that has resulted in loosing all upper rt teeth, implants, bone grafting, implant removal, cavitation surgery .. and on and on. There is still active systemic infection causing constant illness / pain. Am currently using mms+dmso to penetrate the area, drinking mms, zapping, magnetic pulsing, using nano silver...etc. I had Dr in OH do a cav surgery 6 mos ago but it's still there...better but still not gone. Have had so many procedures and seen so many drs, dentists, ENTs, naturopaths, oral surgeons etc etc .... and none can pinpoint the real issue. I am concerned about more procedures without really pinpointing the exact area. I have traveled / will travel all over for help, but live in WA state.

Cavitats have been used -- but the dentists have discounted them -- have had many many 3d scans, CT scans -- and an MRI -- to no avail.

Would really appreciate any insights, reccos, tips, .. am otherwise healthy, active, fit, and very into health - but this situation is debilitating. Hot yoga helps keep things flushed as does constant exercise, good diet, drinking mms, and sauna -- but pain/sickness knocks me down constantly. Am lost for solutions. Found a Dr V in Switz (would recco for others) -- but he requires D3 and LDL levels at a certain point -seems mine not there -- naturopath says is from parasites -- doing cleansing now.
