Thanks for positive post. My biggest mistakes have been not drinking enough water and not doing what's necessary to have regular bowl movements. I jobs found for me raw pumpkin seeds have been a blessing. My while life I have had problems with constipation. Once a week I had a bowel movement. Never heard about parasites. I look back and it's a no wonder I was full of them. O take de,wormwood, Black-Walnut , clove, iodine, super caps make have really brought them out. I use the 4 thieves recipe than ad equal amounts of oregano, thyme and twice as much been. Take 2 4 times a day. They really started exiting. I think I'm almost rid if the bulk. I recently added homozon and CS. The homozon is excellent for anyone has a problem with constipation. It's not always convenient to do enemas and I got tired of whole day taken up by all this. Trying to get my life back. And as sick as I felt your right this is only for the strong. I never stopped anything and it has been the most difficult thing I've ever done. It's been 2 years of trial and error. I have tried it all. I wish all you strength and hope thru this. There are still times I day I'm done doing this. That is usually when I have alot of die off going on. I have to remember Depression will lift and it's part of the detox.
