About that vitamin C; I needed quite a bit of it and was never able to get enough. For 1 thing any vit C with magnesium stearate as an Inert ingredient worked very poorly for me. GNC puts out supplements without mag stear and they work better, but I needed more than bowel tollerance (about 4000/day). This was to clean out mucus from all over my body as I had trouble digesting carbs. This protects the C as it moves through the whole digestive tract untill it reaches the liver (destination for all fats) and gets released hwen the lipids are processed in the liver.
