Please help me! Looking for answers

I started experiencing anal itching approximately 2 months back. The anal itching was mostly during the day along with a stinging, burning, biting, tingling, crawling sensation. I went to a general doctor who prescribed a general parasite stool test and found nothing. I then starting feeling the sensation more frequently and it also started moving towards my vaginal area. One month back, I decided to go to parasite specialist who tested me positive for whipworm and tapeworm. I was prescribed a high dose of praziquantel and ivermectin and a repeat dose 10 days later. It has been 2 weeks that I have completed the medication however, I still feel the anal itch, tingle, bite however, at a much lower intensity (10%). However, a few days back, I started feeling a crawling, itching sensation on my foot that comes and goes during the day. Did anyone experience this? Do you know what it is? Please help me understand what this is and how to cure it. Tweet
