Sounds to me you have exactly what I have t. whipplei systemic infection I have all the same issues you have as well. I just started taking black seed oil gel caps 2 twice a day this infection has spread to all my major organs as well as my nervous system and brain. It's one of the worst infections a person can get and it's almost completely resistant to almost all antibiotics once you stop taking them the infection comes right back again. So I believe once it's in your system it never fully gets cured or goes away. Good luck to you try baking soda with lemon and acv too it helps me with my severe pain arthitis I live in Arizona and they won't even write for tramadol for pain or Ativan for anxiety so we have to just deal with things and suffer horribly because other people who abused them ruined it for everyone else.
