Congrats on your Day 3! Wanting to snack just for the taste is always the hardest part for me. Just think of it as an accomplishment every time you reach the end of a day. A lot of people suggested smelling the foods to help...and I thought they were crazy...I thought it would be more torturous for me. But it really does help! You can find a strange sort of satisfaction in the smells! Give it a try...it might help get you over the desire of wanting to taste it.
