I have looked into a fully raw diet & intend to eventually eat this way. I already include fresh juices & smoothies in my diet everyday however when I said I struggle to control my diabetes with diet I meant that my bsl rises dramatically whether I eat an apple or a piece of chocolate.
I'm not worried about a low Sugar on the fast, I know from previous fasts that it takes atleast 5 days for my bsl to stabilise / reach a normal level, my only concern is about losing too much weight
