Hi all,
I'm on day 10 of The Master Cleanser . I lost about 10 pounds right off the bat. But over the past 3 days, I haven't lost any weight. I exercise daily for about 1/2 hour (that's all my body can handle right now). I drink about 5-6 glasses of the juice a day, but not much water. I drink the tea at night and the salt water every morning.
Is this normal? I have decided to cut the syrup in half to see if that helps. Any suggestions on how to shed the pounds without breaking the routine?
