Re: planning meals after cleanse?
Yes I have been very reflective through this cleanse. I think it can be
tough when you are the only one in the family doing this, and although
my wife likes the idea of eating healthy, I've found it tricky to develop
a plan that we can both agree on. So far I have made just a few new guide-
lines for us:
1) No meat from restaurants or grocery stores. We will only eat meat
that comes from organic farms that I have researched or contacted. One
thing that contributed to this decision was the video at meetyourmeat.com
2) Eat nothing that has been made with refined flour,
Sugar or salt. This
takes out about 75% of the contents in a grocery store, lol!
3) No Dairy, except for organic/free ranged goats cheese every now and then.
So thats the "Starting" guideline and I think it's a good start.
