help!!! unknown parasite ruining my life!!

I have been suffering with an unknown parasite for 4 months now and it truly has been a living nightmare. The first time I knew I had a parasite was when all of a sudden I had hundreds of worms/larvae on my skin. I ran to the bathroom and started scraping them into the sink. This feels like that was a lifetime ago. My first instinct was to treat it like body lice. I got a script for permethrin cream and it most definitly helped, but obviously didn't eliminate the problem. I began fighting this with many things to no avail. I m now at the point where I am overloaded with info from research but cannot pinpoint the actual parasite which is completely necessary to eradicate it. If anyone can help, please please please do!!
My infestation has went from the initial larva to seeing tiny flat round/crescent shaped worms crawling on me, the furniture, everywhere. Then I noticed black slivers in my skin. From there I have found sections of skin infected with tiny white worms just under the surface of my skin and the renowned breathing tubes coming out of my skin. It seems that this stage is pretty much over after I had it on my legs, arms, face, eyes,around my fingernails, and in my nose. Right now I have tiny dry round flakes in my eyebrows and also the flat shiny round things on my skin. I also ocassionally feel the new bite of whatever and with a magnifier have found tiny black bugs near the bite. I also have found round red worms in my bed and house a couple of times. I am including pictures of various life stages of this parasite. I have been to the Dr only to get looked at as if I was crazy and have tried various self help meds, sprays, etc. If anyone recognizes this parasite please help me. I am desperate and really at a loss. My heart goes out to everyone that is suffering!!!
