Many friends, too, were very interested in the weight loss aspect of this after my first MC, but I made sure to tell them that this is not a lose-weight-quick tactic. One should definitely go into it recognizing that it is a cleanse, above all other things-- and losing some weight is just a fantastic byproduct.

I, too, am in LOVE with the SWF! (didn't think anyone else agreed w/ me on this)

Also, the reason I said I'd be content w/making it to half my goal is b/c I'm having an engagement party thrown in my honor this Saturday and would not know how to explain that a new drink "yellow w/red specks" has replaced the cosmopolitan.
