Agree Antibiotics can be one cause.

Have you looked into H. Pylori? Once it sets up shop it steers the stomach toward staying too alkaline.

Apple cider vinegar has a lot benefit, not just for the stomach or bacteria.

Zinc is good too. Just be careful of your dosing and take it with food. Too much zinc can throw you out of balance, or stir up copper detox.

Brewer's yeast is a good natural source of B vitamins.

Prebiotic foods are good to look at - chicory, cooked onions, any food with inulin in it. Or almost any food with soluble fiber.

I have seen this forum change for the better. People used to be too narrowly focused on just the adrenal glands. Now that people are recovering by addressing the gut it's an improvement. All roads lead to the gut.
