I would like to know as well. I always find my lips doing better after a course of Antibiotics taken for sinusitis. But soon after the course, the crusting comes back. I don't have yellow crusts though. I want to know if there are any topical treatments that may help kill off any bacterial infection present. Not just an antiseptic (like honey) or antifungal (like lemon), but a targeted topical "antibiotic" if that makes sense. Tweet
