liver gallbladder flush

 I am having gallbladder pain in front and my back. My pancreas area hurts plus my blood work shows liver And pancreas issues. Ultrasound revealed sludge in gallbladder. I did a coffee enema to prepare for ultrasound and flushed out the 'gallstone/ cholesteral things prob 30.  But my pain has continued. I am eating a very bland diet. Boiling my skinless chicken . 
Tried to do a liver gallbladder flush.
Did an water enema 10 am 
Ate raw fruits and apple juice until 1 pm
6 pm take epsom salt pills with glass of water.  Immediately was extremely nauseous and  body aches , like nothing I have experienced ( and I have severe migraines)  threw up. 
Was supposed to repeat this step at 8 pm. But was unable.
10 pm drank 1/2 cup grapefruit and 1/2 c oil mixture. Held this down but boughts of nausea continued. 
 Never went to bathroom. 
 So 8:30am my husband got me some magnesium citrate to drink. I drank it and with in 1 minute threw up. 
I am still nauseaous but since my last bought it has lessened. But I am not able to do the second round of this.

Any advice? I only have one kidney as I donated one to my brother 3 years ago. I need to keep my other organs. But this pain, although not severe it's like a 4- don't need 'pain meds' but it is very uncomfortable And it's been going on solid since July. So I am beginning to be miserable.
