Again, I am sorry for your symptoms. I've dealt with PTSD for many years, now, and it isn't easy, there's no one-and-done approach, and it can be very, very frustrating. There was a point when I was unable to leave my home and I was 100% agoraphobic. I would burst into hysterics in a grocery line, at a doctor's office, or while I was driving. I understand what you are experiencing, truly.
There are means to manage this, but it's a huge challenge, and I have the deepest compassion for your situation.
