I would like to update that now it's much easier to get banaba extract capsules and they work just as well for a cleanse! In fact swanson has a gel capsule that is the perfect dose that they list under Sugar control.

I had become sloppy with my six month kidney clenses, so it was no surprise when during an MRI they told me my kidneys were loaded with stones. I was pretty sick and warned that due to my dehydration and situation they were probably going to start moving on me and of course they did. Perfect timing, we were in another state due to a family death, so in desperation, I started taking one of my husband's capsules that I keep him on for sugar. I couldn't stay bent over walking in circles the whole week, especially when I knew there were lots of them, so there really was no light at the end of the tunnel even if I passed one. I guzzle regular tea to get things filtering and took those daily. Grabbed a strainer from the pharmacy and at the end of the second day I saw the tell-tale signs that it worked just as well as the banaba tea I originally posted about years ago. This option will be easier for people to get here in the US.

P.S. The Swanson Banaba Gel caps that I'M referring to are GluCo Support made with 1.33mg Banaba. You only need to take one a day for a cleanse.

If you are curious about these for Sugar control, my husband's Sugar was 117 when fasting. He also had begun having that syrup breath smell to his breath, so no telling what it hit sometimes. His last test it was a 100 and the syrup smell has stopped. Best thing I could have put him on. He takes 2 capsules.
