Re: porous sensitive teeth- saliva PH

I totally agree with this post, bleach is bad and kills bacteria in your mouth, you need healthy bacteria in your mouth. Bleach also starts to damage the teeth. Even dentist whitening your teeth have to use whitening techniques. We put to much emphases on teeth whitening today. The natural colour of teeth is not white. It is not natural to have perfectly white teeth, tv reality puts pressure on us to look good with perfect white teeth but it is not natural. Teeth has its own natural colour which is much nicer, white teeth looks so false. I prefer natural tooth colour to white . If you clean your teeth regularly and go to the dentist then you are looking after your teeth. Keep away from foods and drinks that stain the teeth, do not smoke or drink tea as they are the worse offenders. I love my tea but I drink lemon and ginger tea which is much nicer and does not stain the teeth, I even drink it with milk. Milk is excellent for teeth. If you ever were to get toothache put some milk at room temperature in your mouth and it will help with the pain if there is a cavity that needs filling. Look after your teeth and they will serve you well but leave the bleach alone as you will end up with sensitive teeth.
