Parasites in diarreah after taking probiotics?

I started to take a single dose of an over the counter probiotic five nights ago. I woke up the next morning with violent diarreah and the oddest, gassiest burbs I have ever experienced. Neither the burping or the diarrhea have stopped and I am now four days in (And only ever took that one single dose of probiotic). First of all, is this normal or should I be concerned? It's really impacting my energy and life. I've also lost 6 lbs and my skin is pale and my eye look sunk in.

Second major question is about the floaters in my diarreah. What is it??? It's freaking me out! Are they parasites or parasite eggs? Take a look at the pictures I took today. The one in the upper right even looks like there could be a black worm? Ekkk. I don't know much about parasites. I guess I'm glad they are leaving my body but what does all of this mean?

Am I filled with parasites if I still have this reaction after 4 days of a single serving of a dose of a probiotic?
