The orange or yellow ones are probably intestinal flukes. And darker ones with long skinny body are liver flukes. I'd say by the look of all those eggs in the bottom of pic you have intestinal fluke or trematode or flat worm, all same thing. And the ones floating are maybe liver flukes as well. Very hard to know everything in stool w/o microscope b/c as soon as any parasite dies they lose ability to resit digestion and turn to poo! But eggs look like fiber like sand collected at the bottom. Drink salt water and vitamin c protocol to get rid of. I heard of people spreading these lately, however u probably didn't get them that way? Tweet
