So those tomato skins are, in fact, tomato skins.

Look at all the posts where people are freaking out, thinking that they are "liver flukes".

This is a perfect metaphor for this website. Hypochondriacs giving bad information to other hypochondriacs, based on copy-paste hearsay they found on some alternative health site.

If you look at the scientific literature for these anti-parasitic substances, where they actually test them for toxicity, you'll see that many of them are indeed poisonous, resulting in cyanide. poisoning (papaya seeds), liver failure (clove oil, Wormwood ), etc.

There are many natural and alternative remedies that are truly effective. However, there is so much bad advice on this website, it boggles the mind. The blind lead the blind.

This is not a debate or argument, but a plea: Before you try or recommend something, PLEASE go scour PubMed for evidence of toxicity or efficacy.
