A enlarged Lymph Node can also block a bile duct, so maybe a Lymph cleanse could be included. Sometimes the bile duct can be narrowed by scarring or a cyst, tumor, or worms. Worms could be easily resolved, but the cyst or tumor would need to be diagnoses. There are alternative solutions for those. Good Luck
