Re: Emergency, Help needed for poultice: bile duct obstruction/inflammation

Hi all, Greetings Kcirla!

I will make it quick, because the situation is quite dramatic right now. After having flushed my liver daily for many weeks along with coffee enemas and castor oil packs, and having expulsed thousands of stones till none are coming out anymore for few flushes, I think I figured out why I can not get better and why I'm struggling to stay alive at that point.  Let's review everything and see how the puzzle pieces fit together.

Firstly, when people flush as aggressively as you've been flushing (and expelling thousands of stones), it's very common to reach a point where none are coming out.  If there are stones left in the liver, it requires time for them to move forward...hence the "every two week" flush thing that is so common.  Of course, when/if there's a crisis, we flush more often than once every two weeks.    But when choosing to flush daily for weeks on end, there is another puzzle piece in play, and that's (of course) that we really don't know what kind of stress flushing daily for extended periods puts on the entire biliary system (and the rest of the body).  Of course, the stress of the liver/gallbladder being congested is important - but it's  just as important to "do no harm"...and frustratingly, we really don't have any data (that I know of) regarding flushing as aggressively as you have been flushing.

I would get jaundice on and off constantly during the day since monthes, Hmmm, jaundice "on & off during the day"?  Most all 'jaundice levels' change more slowly than that - people don't usually see a change in jaundice 'on & off' during the day.  For example, it usually starts as a pale yellow/orange tint and gradually increases/decreases.  Most report the coloring "xyz" one day, and 'plus/minus xyz' the next day.  (Excess bilirubin in the bloodstream or dead red blood cells is what causes the change in skin color - once the bloodstream has enough bilirubin to tint the skin, it's not likely to be an "on & off throughout the day" kind of thing.   Remember, carrot juice can have an effect on skin coloration.    feeling blockages in my liver area but assuming it was just stones blocking the way (when this happens, of course, I get all the symptoms of bile duct obstruction, sepsis like, body shutting down, itching, urinating fire...). Actually, temporary blockages from things moving around in the liver or a bile-duct obstruction doesn't cause "sepsis like" or "urinating fire", although itching is common with bile duct obstruction issues. Coffee enemas hardly brought any relief, they would just add some pressure to the blockage, bringing the jaundice, till I somehow manage to unblock the spot by massaging it hard and laying on the side. Any bile stimulating food, tea or tincture would only make things worth, making the same effect as the coffee enema. Yes, if there's a blockage of some type, 'bile stimulating' will increase symptoms (particularly the jaundice).  Now that no stones are coming out for several flushes in a row, I think I can assume that the situation is even more severe than I thought: there is one spot where the bile duct are partially blocked or at least inflammed (somewhere near the sternum).  Honestly, I don't know if you can assume that or not....you certainly can't assume that because you're not seeing stones after liver flushing daily for 3 weeks.  You can (likely) assume, that after all that aggressively flushing, there's going to be some level of stress and inflammation.

"Near the sternum" is a very broad area (in the image below, the area in the box is the sternum).  Where near the sternum are you experiencing sensations?

Essential to know -- what color are your bowel movements? urine?  are you experiencing nausea or vomiting?  pain?--if so, where? fever?

I think the best thing to do is to make a poultice. The only problem is that I lack herbs for it, plus I don't know whether I should assume it is a blockage or an inflammation.   A poultice can be beneficial in many situations, but it's not likely to be very effective in unblocking the bile duct (although a poultic can definitely serve to reduce inflammation).  The most likely thing to unblock a partially or fully obstructed bile duct would be Epsom Salts.  And even though I don't suggest their use for typical liver flushing, it would be the first thing I would do if I felt I had a partial obstruction.  Also, this brings up the question/concern (remembering this):
I rest for one hour, and follow with a super strong coffee enema with 2 added Tbsps of Espom Salts (I know, I know, but I need it badly) because I ALWAYS get a stone stuck on the way (Despite the 7 grams or so of malic acid a day...). and my suggestion to stop using the ES)Is there a possibility that using a substance daily that "relaxes" could cause a rebound "tightening" or lack of elasticity when it's withdrawn?  That seems extremely logical to me.  And of course any 'ultra aggressive' therapy can have a rebound effect (think of someone that say, does salt-water flushes or ES every day for 3-4 weeks to try to undo 'constipation' - they certainly can NOT expect their colon to work 'on it's own' properly until the body renormalizes itself.  And it's very possible they'll be in worse shape than they were when they started)

Here is what I have that I figured could be useful:
Ginger root, Cayenne powder, Mustard Powder, Turmeric, Flax seeds, Garlic, Aloe Vera Gel, essential oils Honestly, I don't know how a poultice made of these things would remove or 'dissolve' a partial obstruction.   A tumeric poultice can reduce inflammation (and so can raw potato), but the best in my opinion is "cold compresses"...but cold can "constrict" which is why hot/cold is usually the best option unless we're talking inflammation due to a muscle strain or sprain (or arthritis, etc).   Bentonite & activated charcoal poultices are also known to reduce inflammation, but I see below you don't have either.

Please understand, it's your body and your "doctor within" - I encourage everyone to do what they think it best...and experimenting with poultices is certainly on that list (doing anything 'natural' that makes sense --within reason-- is usually better than doing nothing).  But I also encourage everyone to educate themselves fully and use that information to interpret the signals from their doctor within and to form their opinions and course of treatment.

Unfortunatly I just ran out of Bentonite Clay and don't have any charcoal. Bad bad moment.. If you have a partial obstruction that has caused any level of jaundice (and any time when there's severe liver issues), I always recommend activated charcoal (both internally and externally as a poultice).  Here's the instructions for the poultice:  http://healingtools.tripod.com/char2.html.  And for internally, we use a 'slurry', there are several links and tons more info here: http://healingtools.tripod.com/DS_pages.html

Many times people outside the US find it very difficult to get activated charcoal (in fact, that's the main reason we listed it in the Storefront).

I tried already a mix of all that, without the Aloe or essential oils. It burnt like FIRE, but it sure did something, right or wrong I don't know (I felt even more pressure happening). I then put some Aloe gel, and situation is the same now.  If you're talking "fire" like a burning sensation on your skin, then that was  likely due to the cayenne

Could someone suggest a recipe that would basically take into account that I have no clue if it's a physical blockage or an inflammation?

I thought maybe turmeric, ginger, cayenne, flaxseeds would be a good mix at first, followed by Aloe, because garlic and essential oils could maybe cause a temporary swelling that would make things worth.  My suggestion for a poultice would be activated charcoal and cool compresses to reduce swelling.  As far externally I think massage, foot reflexology, castor oil and hot/cold would be most effective for a partial blockage.

Any help is most welcomed. Please it is URGENT

I'm doing the hot/cold already. I tried everything Teresa, even modified coconut/castor oil packs. Nothing helps. I really feel those bile ducts closing on me... There got to be something to do.
I've found some green clay in the bathroom. I just improvised a poultice, I have no time to lose:

Garlic/Tea tree oil/Cayenne/Ginger/Aloe/Flaxseeds/Clay/ACV/Mustard/Epsom Salts

Let's see what that does. I put it ten minutes ago. It burns like hell but I can tell something is happening over there.

Kcircla, if you really feel "you have no time to lose" (as in, your life is on the line), then please don't hesitate to go to the Emergency Room and get the blood tests necessary to see if you actually have an obstruction (of course, I don't recommend telling them what you've been doing, or you'll likely end up back in the psych ward).  I do NOT like hospitals or blood-tests, but if I were in a life-threatening situation and did not know what I was dealing with, I would go have the blood-tests done...looking for elevated: bilirubin, liver enzymes and alkaline phosphatase.

If you do have a partial obstruction and true jaundice, it's my opinion you need to be doing activated charcoal poultices (at the least), and having several activated charcoal slurries daily.  You should already be taking 1-3 Tablespoons of Milk Thistle Seed and daily doses of the Liver/GB tincture daily (as well as putting drops of it on your tongue several times daily for the 'bitter' effect).  If you're not already doing foot reflexology every day, you should add that immediately Reflexology foot map - Dorling Kindersley (remember the feet are facing you)...as well as continuing castor oil packs and hot/cold contrast therapy.

Healthiest of blessings,

Uny
