It is most likely an allergy to something?

Soaps ?
Food ?
Cosmetics ?
Laundry detergent ?
Underware ?
Tampons ?
Lubricant ?

Most of the time, women aren't allergic to all ingredients in tampons or pads.

Tampons and pads are highly processed. They may have cotton or may have synthetic fibers, and all of those fibers are processed and sterilized with various chemicals.

You may react to those chemicals or you may react to the fibers!
