I've been gluten free for eight years and do not consume corn syrup. I can't handle it. I'm an obsessive label reader.
In the past I've done a strict diet of nothing but brown rice, vegetables, organic chicken and fish for an entire year. I had no Sugar of any kind. I ate garlic like it was going out of style. I took every yeast killer imaginable. The problem slowed but didn't stop.
I take a vitamin D supp every day, a multivitamin, omega 3 and Stinging Nettles. All gluten free.
