Hi, thanks for your suggestion, I will give it a try in due course.

I am perplexed by this issue as I believe I am in good health, I eat pretty clean and healthy and I am rarely sick, even the common cold I get only once every 18 months.

I have taken a lot of Antibiotics when younger to help with Acne and have also been on Accutane and I believe this has definitely contributed to the present issue.
