Yeah I read that before. But what I don't really understand is.. if you're getting enough calories through the maple syrup, why would your metabolism slow down? You can take in 6-12 glasses of Lemonade. 6 glasses would be around 600 calories, but 12 would be 1200....
I know what my normal weight is when I'm not bloated, constipated or retaining water.. There was always one number I could never get under. I'll take my weight loss seriously if I lose a real good amount past that.
