Who can cure my iodinephobia? severe cold hands when supplementing lugols

Dear reader,

Thank you for coming in,

i started recently (again) on Iodine supplementation because my hair is falling out and ive read that supplementing Lugols could cause regrowth

i am taking 3 drops a day and 200 to 400 mcgs of selenium methionine alongside with it.

i am experiencing severe cold hands and feet when taking lugols, for what i know that would be due to a lower thyroid functioning?

please help me out, thinking about stopping Lugols because of this

i have to say that i have iodinephobia due to articles ive read ....
