Ok, to me all these symptoms are from fasting and detoxing. But, again, listen to your body, if you cannot bare the pain then break your fast.
I think after a long fast it is beat to drink diluted citrus fruit juice. Also very slowly. Warm things are better than eating cold things. Cold foods and drinks from a refrigerator are not good for our liver.
You have done a great job in fasting with water only.
